There is another reason you should dive into the Unknown. This season has been full of exciting plays, readings and other events like Second Helping. It is also ending with our departure from our home for four years, Off-Broad Street Theater. In the ten plays we presented there, we watched our audience grow as we stretched out creatively with one world premiere and four American premieres. To top it off, we won five Barrymore awards! But the building was sold and our lease was terminated two months before the end of the season. We must move...and move again. Our last show of this season, Penelope, is here at the Prince Theater and our equipment and offices must move to storage. Then we move into new offices. Our new season will be part of an exciting new theater collaboration at The Drake on Spruce Street near the Kimmell Center. Moving takes time and money.
